MyHome Concept:

 
Life has a different meaning after retirement because there is so much to brace yourself at MyHome. Be Home has conceptualized a customized ‘membership” program to help you attain nirvana in your life and connect with your inner self.

 

To bring alive the active living experience for you, MyHome is developing a new age membership based community concept in the form of an integrated township specially designed for you keeping in mind your specific old age requirements. Be Home is conceived to offer you care, comfort, security, privacy and a great environment to enable all its occupants lead an independent and hassle-free life, which you probably may have missed during your prime life.

 

MyHome would be a paradise on the earth because we allow you to build your own society and network even after you have achieved the purpose of your life. Choice is yours- would you like to live an independent life and attain a stature or live permanently as ‘destitute’ in the society.

 

MyHome offers you an option to plan your retirement, right at the age of 45, so that when you really need social support or intend to stay out of fast paced city life, you would have a pre-planned place to settle and accommodate yourself with like-minded people and enjoy the serene atmosphere with world class amenities and care- better than your own home can offer you.

 

Proposed facilities:

As per a United Nations report, India would have over 320 millions peoples in the age group of 60 plus by 2015. The major challenges would be Health and social security.

We plan to launch over 2000 “membership” on twin-sharing basis, which is not currently available in the country and is positioned as old age home. This facility would be spread in over 10 acres in the periphery of NCR & around major metro cities of India, offering its world class amenities to its members aged 60 plus.

 

 

 

Project Highlights:

This project is under development. MyHome plans to develop 500* units of approx 585* square feet (Super area) studio type serviced apartments at a starting price of INR 6,00,000* for membership on twin sharing basis with amenities as mentioned below:

Be Home would have a 50 bedded Multispecialty Poly-clinic within the town-ship- ( A multi-specialty polyclinic arrangement with a established Hospital chain to offer you the best healthcare services)

o   Emergency care

o   Dietician and Physiotherapist

o   General physician

o   Visiting doctor for all other specialties

Ø  Personal Care Service

Provision shall be made for providing special assistance during ailment or when requested by the members:

ü  Assistance with personal Hygiene – bathing, showering, shaving, tooth-brushing, toileting, dressing etc.

ü  Medication Control

ü  Continence Management

ü  Help with eating and drinking

ü  Mobility assistance including using specialist equipment.

These services will be provided by a caretaker under the guidance of medical resident. These services shall be charged extra on per hour basis at subsidized/discounted rates.

Ø  Personal Assistance Services

Upon request by a member, personal services like Laundry, Ironing, minor cooking and other assistance can be offered. Some of the help the members may expect

ü  Paying Bills and helping you manage your travel

ü  General House hold management

ü  Facilitating contacts with family and friends

ü  Escort to and from social events, General / Hospital appointments etc

Ø  Social & Recreation activities

To keep members engaged, MyHome plans to propose various social and recreational facilities within the complex. Members may prefer to play indoor/outdoor games, organize events or may organize various types of educational classes.

Ø  Retail space within the complex- for meeting your daily needs.

Permanent Membership

We plan to launch 500 Permanent membership (transferable to legal heirs) of INR 12,50,000* each within next few months- ready for possession by April 2017 – If you are in the age group of 58-60  and are about to retire, this is the best time for you to plan a life which you always wanted to live but could not afford to take a decision on because of the responsibilities

 

Life Memberships

Life Memberships (are non-transferable to your legal heirs)- we plan to have  1500 Life Memberships, ready to be delivered by the time you reach 60 years.

 

Who can be a member?

If you are in the age group of 45 or above

 

Services:

Some of these services are free for members while services like meals, laundry, internet, Bar & Café, Guest House etc would be on subsidized rates to the members.

-           Members may opt to have couple option – a single unit on twin-sharing basis (subject to availability and membership terms of Be Homes).

-            Select accommodation partner (optional) can be availed if you wish to live with your  preferred person for room sharing

-           All the prices, sizes and facilities may change without notices.

-           Government rules & regulations may change some plans, layouts and proposed facilities.

Good days are coming..

PS - This title has nothing to do with BJP’s   Achhe Din campaign though ;)  I was reading articles from few of my social connections and bloggers, writers, experts etc etc- one writing on abundance with over 21 'to do's with appending list of activities one should follow, some with words which we read in the synonyms of the dictionary (though I had to Google their meaning... unfortunately could not digest these words and thought of writing my own article and sharing the real meaning of abundance, contentedness and real meaning of success. critical factors to be addressed for a online/tele-shopping model in India
